Mrs Debra Smith (MA)
Chief Officer/Director for Little Marvels
Debbie’s professional skills, training, expertise and passion in Early Years has been the driving force behind a long career in working with children and families. Debbie is qualified up to Level 8, and holds the NPICL (National Professional Qualification in Centre Leadership), from the National College of Leadership, as well as a Masters in Integrated Working with Children and Families. Debbie holds the original NNEB (Nursery Nurse Qualification), as well as a degree in Early Childhood Studies and also holds the EYPS/EYTS (Early Years Professional Satus).

Lisa Mills
PA to Debra Smith - Chief Officer
Lisa is a passionate advocate for the early years and has 10 years experience of working as an area manager for early years settings and after school care clubs as well as running a successful home-based child care service. Lisa trained for her level 3 diploma in pre-school practice and has gained many skills particularly in special educational needs and the safeguarding of children.
