Lisa is a passionate advocate for the early years and has 10 years experience of working as an area manager for early years settings and after school care clubs as well as running a successful home-based child care service. Lisa trained for her level 3 diploma in pre-school practice and has gained many skills particularly in special educational needs and the safeguarding of children.

Since joining the team, Lisa has trained as an early years assessor working for and on behalf of Rowensbrook Training. This gives her the opportunity to share her experiences and skills with others who are dedicated and committed to providing the best possible care in their early years settings.
