Debbie is a qualified Lecturer, Assessor, Internal Quality Assurer (IQA), and is the Lead IQA and Chief Officer for Rowensbrook Training and Development Ltd. Debbie has an in-depth understanding and focus at all times on Safeguarding, Emotional Well-being and Mental Health, having achieved accredited training through the NSPCC. Debbie strongly advocates for training and professional development in all aspects of adult learning and is keen to develop the ongoing professional skills and expertise of all practitioners who work in support of children and families.

Debbie is highly motivated, aspirational and deeply passionate about her work; the colleagues who support the daily operation of the children’s services which run daily at our centres and indeed the diverse needs of the children and families for which she works alongside. Debbie leads, manages, supports, mentors and helps to coach colleagues who are themselves progressing through accredited training within the children and family services. As the Director for LMNS, Debbie works both strategically and operationally across our settings and services, alongside Gill Bennett (Manager for Children and Family Services) including partnership working with wider community colleagues and key stake holders.
