Welcome to Little Marvels Nursery Services at The Starburst Centre
The Starburst Centre is situated in a secure area within Brookside Primary School in Perth Road, Yeading, Hayes and is a nursery school dedicated for children aged between 2 to 4 years old. The nursery is opened on a term time only basis, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am to 4.00pm.
Little Marvels Brookside offers excellent provision where children can engage in exciting learning and play activities to augment the standard Early Years Foundation Stage activities which the children also enjoy and benefit from.
We have strong links with the primary schools within The Rosedale Hewens Academy Trust. This collaboration supports the effective transition for our children as they transfer from nursery to mainstream school. We work closely with Brookside Primary school offering a drop off and pick up service for children who attend the school nursery through the 30 hour funding scheme.
The nursery is situated in a prime location, in close proximity to London Transport links.

Our Room
Our room has the capacity for 24 children. We have a large light and airy space that lends itself well to providing lots of opportunities for play and learning. We provide designated areas for all aspects of learning within the Early Years Foundation Stage. There are opportunities daily for messy play, art and craft activities, construction, role play and cosy areas for quiet play and reading. Children are motivated to try new things and to enjoy different experiences which helps and supports them to feel a sense of achievement as well as the skills to keep on trying. Developing self-help skills such as being toilet trained, finding their own coat or shoes, is our way of ensuring we prepare them with life skills in readiness for school.
At Little Marvels Day Nursery - Brookside, we are committed to promoting equality and valuing diversity, in an inclusive and supportive environment for all children, parents and carers. We celebrate festivals throughout the nursery, embracing all cultural festivals important to our children and their families.
Outside Play Area and Patio Grassed Area
Our outdoor spaces provide children with opportunities to explore, experiment and try things out. Our outdoor play space has been carefully designed to provide the best experiences for our children. We are passionate that we get this right and have invested time in developing each area considering every stage of development. We also have a grassed area for children to have additional play opportunities.
